Just ask yourself, “Does this move me towards the attainment of my set goals”?
If it doesn’t, consider advising yourself of that habit.
When you get yourself involved in a habit that moves you towards your goals, your life will take off. Your results will improve.
Your ability to equate the habit to the results is a key ingredient in identifying which habit worth much of your time.
